Delivery :
When confirming the order details, you will have the possibility to choose a delivery or a pick-up at our office.
- Canadian orders are shipped with Canada post with a tracking number.
- Once processed, Canadian orders take 2-7 business days to arrive at their destination.
- International deliveries are made by DHL OR FEDEX with a tracking number
- Once processed, International orders take 3-10 business days to arrive at their destination.
If your package seems lost please write to us at info@mennillo.ca we will take control of the situation. Note that you must allow 3-5 business days before initiating an investigation with a delivery company.
