Return and exchange policy: Exchangeable only for other products from KaseMe. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping for Canadian and US orders on purchases of 100$ or more before taxes.
* A shipping surcharge may apply to certain destinations.
Our standard shipping time for Canadian orders is 1 to 4 business days and express shipping is 1 to 2 business days.
The shipping time for US orders is 2 to 7 business days.
Return policy
Regular Priced Items:
Discounts of 20% or less, exchanges, credit notes, and refunds are permitted within 30 days of receiving the package.
Items Over 20% Off:
All items discounted by more than 20% are final sale. The percentage from promotional codes is added to the discount on each product. If the combined total discount (product discount plus promotional code) exceeds 20%, the item will be considered final sale.
