Returns, refunds & exchanges:
Return & exchange Options
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available within 30 days of receiving your order for regularly priced items and items discounted 20% or less.
To be eligible, items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage. Swimsuit bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
If you choose an exchange, we will send you a return label to ship the items back to our warehouse (Canadian exchanges only). Once we receive your package, we will send you a $10 invoice to cover the cost of the new shipment.
Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to a $12 return shipping fee when processed online.

That said, we understand that fit and preference matter. While final sale items are not guaranteed for exchange, we review requests on a case-by-case basis and always do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Our goal is for you to truly love your Mennillo pieces.

In-Boutique returns & exchanges
You can also return or exchange eligible items directly at our boutique during business hours. Our team will be happy to assist you in person.
Price adjustment
Prices are final at the time of purchase. We do not offer adjustments on items marked down after checkout.

Orders:
Order cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Any approved order cancellation requests will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
Order modifications
If you wish to request a change to your order, please contact us at info@mennillo.ca as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, modifications are not guaranteed and your order may be processed before your request is received.
Please review your items carefully prior to completing your purchase.
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email containing all purchase details will be sent to you.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at info@mennillo.ca.
Gift cards & promo Codes
You may enter your gift card or promotional code at checkout, prior to completing your payment.
Please note that only one promotional code may be used per order. We recommend selecting the option most advantageous to you.
Damaged item
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@mennillo.ca within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the item. Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Candian shipping
As a Canadian company, we offer fast delivery times across Canada. Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Please allow slightly longer delivery times for certain provinces farther from Montreal, such as British Columbia or New Brunswick.
Our Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and Obibox.
International shipping
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that customs duties and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
Quality & production
Production details
All Mennillo pieces are designed in-house by our team. Every print, silhouette, and detail is thoughtfully created and developed by us.
We collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners both in Montreal and internationally, including select partners in the PRC, depending on the product and production requirements.
All our productions are 100% ethical and are guided by very strict standards. From initial design to final production, every step reflects the vision and standards of Mennillo.
Maintaining quality
To preserve the quality of your Mennillo piece, we recommend hand washing in cold water. If washing by hand, multiple pieces may be washed together.
If using a washing machine, each bikini should be placed separately in a protective wash bag. For best results, we recommend using our Mennillo wash bag, designed specifically to help maintain the fabric’s integrity. If you choose to use a washing bag not purchased from us, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the same level of protection.
Always lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and tumble drying to help maintain the fabric’s shape, color, and longevity.
Durability
Our swimwear is designed and produced with longevity in mind, using premium fabrics selected for durability, structure, and shape retention.
With proper care, your bikini is made to last season after season.
Sizing information
Fit & sizing
Each style is carefully developed to provide support, structure, and a flattering fit.
We recommend referring to the individual size guide available on each product page for detailed measurements, as sizing may vary slightly by style. For the most accurate fit, we suggest taking your bust, underbust, and hip measurements before selecting your size.

We also encourage reviewing each product description, as certain cuts and fabrics may fit slightly differently.
How to measure
For the most accurate fit, we recommend taking your measurements before selecting your size. Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly on your body while wearing minimal clothing.
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Underbust: Measure directly underneath your bust, where your band would naturally sit.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape remains level.
For best results, stand naturally and avoid pulling the tape too tight. Once you have your measurements, refer to the size guide on the specific product page, as sizing may vary slightly by style.

Coverage & support Guide
Each Mennillo style is intentionally developed with a specific level of coverage and support. Because fit and structure vary by design, we recommend reviewing the details listed on each individual product page.
Bottom Coverage
We currently offer two bottom cuts:
Tanga: A very cheeky cut designed to enhance and elongate the silhouette. This style offers minimal back coverage.
Brazilian: A moderate cut offering approximately half coverage of the bum. This style provides a balance between contour and coverage.
Coverage may also vary slightly depending on fabric stretch and how the piece is worn on the hips.
Top Support
Support levels differ based on the construction of each top. Factors such as strap thickness, adjustability, band structure, and lining all influence the level of support provided.
Some styles are designed for lighter support and a more minimal aesthetic, while others offer increased structure for enhanced hold and stability.

Our boutique is located alongside our warehouse, allowing us to offer select exclusive designs that may not be available online. Availability may vary, and certain limited pieces can only be found in-store.

Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges, including refunds, can be processed directly at our boutique in accordance with our return policy. Items must meet our eligibility requirements to qualify.
